- Conduct investigations for fraud and abuse activities related to providers/beneficiaries.
Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12
- Diploma/degree in claims, legal, compliance, audit, clinical or related
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Minimum of five years’ expert claims work experience in a medical aid environment
- Strong planning, organising and co-ordinating ability
- Excellent people skills at all levels, including tact and discretion
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy – advanced
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
