Product ManagerRequirements: - A minimum five years’ experience in insurance, specifically in campaign performance and campaign optimisation. Must be familiar with lead sources, lead volumes, cost per lead, profit per lead, earnings per lead, gross profit, conversion rates etc.
- Tertiary education required
- Experience in client relationship management and call centre sales
- Must have a drivers licence and own vehicle and must be comfortable with travelling to clients
- Johannesburg based
- Excel and PowerPoint proficient
- Hybrid job - expectation to be in office twice per week
Responsibilities: - Manage one of our product verticals (e.g. car insurance, business insurance etc) autonomously end-to-end. This means being accountable for the overall performance of the vertical and the clients therein
- Utilise data and reporting in order to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation on campaigns
- Work closely with our internal marketing team to deliver on quality lead volumes for clients
- Manage multiple clients within your vertical. This includes building meaningful relationships with different stakeholders at your clients. The key stakeholders include agents, team leaders, campaign managers and marketing managers
- Conduct weekly client visits to all clients at the client’s offices, located across Johannesburg. This includes spending time with key stakeholders as well as spending time on the Call Centre floor to gather a keen sense of the agents and the environment
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual business growth targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities across the business’ client base and convert additional opportunities
