Our client is seeking a new vehicle sales manager for their dealership in Johannesburg North, Gauteng. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the used and second-tier market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of quality vehicles to meet market demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a new vehicle sales manager, within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
