Administrative Assistant

A leading seed distributor in South Africa is seeking an administrative assistant for its Port Elizabeth branch.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about agriculture, highly organised, and self-motivated.

The successful candidate will support the branch manager and sales team, efficiently handle tasks, respond promptly to situations, and foster strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements:
  • Grade 12/matric certificate
  • Must have a driver’s licence and own transport
  • Two to four years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) and English
  • Professional and friendly telephone etiquette
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Team player with a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook (MS Dynamics is a plus)
