Role and responsibilities:- Actively sell, process, and manage work orders for client accounts.
- Develop and cross-sell existing accounts with new products.
- Prospect and convert new business through proactive efforts.
- Resolve issues within typical workflows.
- Pitch the retainer model to suitable clients.
