- Adhere to stock loss control measures in the store.
- Consistently meet individual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive turnover.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
- Create an inspiring and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Process all transactions, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and other acceptable payments.
- Ensure all outgoing stock, items, and scripts are scanned and paid for.
- Process loyalty cards, including those of accelerated partners.
- Build professional relationships with customers and provide friendly, helpful, and courteous assistance.
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
- Address and resolve customer stock queries.
