A company in the hospitality industry is looking for an administrator in Great Brak. Requirements:- Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hospitality experience (beneficial)
- Positive attitude, and able to work under pressure
- Team player with a proactive approach to challenges
Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and distribute internal communication and documentation.
- Assist in handling guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests.
- Maintain updated records of guest preferences and feedback.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning and organizing events or meetings as needed.
Salary: R8,000 basic
