A company in the hospitality industry is looking for an administrator in Great Brak.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hospitality experience (beneficial)
  • Positive attitude, and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with a proactive approach to challenges
Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communication and documentation.
  • Assist in handling guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests.
  • Maintain updated records of guest preferences and feedback.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events or meetings as needed.
Salary: R8,000 basic
