Responsibilities- Manage the pitch, proposal, and tender process.
- Report and track information and data relevant to the assigned portfolio.
- Handle legal directory submissions, awards submissions, and league tables.
- Oversee experience management.
- Coordinate activities and ensure governance to support the firm's 'go-to-market' collaboration forums, e.g., ACC/A&N, sectors, and KCP.
- Assist with invoices and purchase order requests.
- Maintain and manage budgets for cost centres, including flights and accommodation for local and international travel.
- Research international conferences and handle bookings.
- Provide support for key clients, sectors, collaboration forums, and required research.
- Assist with events and marketing campaigns.
- Champion the CRM system, ensuring client lists and data are relevant and up to date.
