Programme ManagerRequirements: - A Bachelor’s degree in public health, communication, marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health communication, public health, or demand generation
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms, particularly social media channels such as Facebook, for health-related communication
- Strong background in developing and executing demand-generation campaigns for health programs
- Excellent writing, content creation, and editing skills
- Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of public health strategies, behaviour change communication, and health promotion (advantage)
Responsibilities: - Support the delivery of the social media platform
- Ensure continuity of services through effective planning and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Support the scoping, design, and planning of demand-generation strategies
- Collaborate with task teams to develop engaging, accurate, and culturally relevant health communication content for multiple platforms
- Ensure that health communication content is regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with evolving public health needs within the content repository
- Review and finalise training manuals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability for a range of healthcare providers and communication teams
