Job description

In Vision Marketing is rapidly expanding and seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team. Our company specializes in direct sales and marketing, with a focus on delivering financial products and services to our valued customers.

No prior work experience is required as we provide comprehensive daily training to our partners, offering the added benefit of earning while learning. Emphasizing growth, our company provides opportunities for partners to travel and expand their knowledge and experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Cultivating positive relationships with existing customers

- Assessing customer needs

- Managing client records and database

- Participating in sales meetings and training sessions

- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

- Developing and executing sales strategies

- Negotiating and finalizing sales deals

Requirements

- Clean criminal record
