Who we are: A marketing agency based in Sandton. What we do: We provide brand marketing expertise to various different industries, primarily within the retail space. What we are looking for: Senior creative designer What you will do:- Develop creative concepts for retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. Focus on engaging customers and enhancing brand visibility
- Produce high-quality materials like posters, brochures, signage, and event branding. Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines, maintain consistency, and ensure client satisfaction
- Apply expertise in typography, layout, color, and branding. Stay updated on design trends to keep work fresh and relevant
- Work with creative, marketing, and account teams to achieve campaign goals. Foster open communication and idea sharing to enhance outputs
- Balance innovation with client needs to create engaging designs that improve customer experiences and strengthen brands
- Aim for award-worthy designs and inspire teams and clients with exceptional work.
What you must have:- Bachelor’s in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
- Seven-plus years in design, preferably in retail or agency settings, with an award-winning portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, expertise in retail marketing and branding, attention to detail, and high-quality work delivery
- Experience in retail shopping center campaigns or large retail clients; recipient of notable design awards
