We are looking for someone energetic and who is dying to learn and add value to a small dynamic team with amazing clients. This person will assist with administration and coordination across all imagineNATION Alliance and ovatoyou clients.

Job description

Marketing and marketing research assistant

Data capturing

• Data capturing and transcribing interviews
• Contacting and capturing survey winners’ details

 Data analysis and database management:

• Analyse open-ended questions from surveys
• Analyse and update database demographics and segments
• Database management and clean up
• Update segments on database

 Social media

• Schedule content to be posted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Community management of Social Media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
• Record Social Media activity (weekly account of page likes and unlikes, new followers etc.)
• Respond to queries

 Content development and email campaigns:

• Create content for social media channels on Canva and Photoshop
• Video editing (beginner to intermediate level) on Canva
• Create and send out email campaigns via TouchBase Pro

 Website management:

• Update media link and client list on both imagineNATION Alliance and ovatoyou website

 Office administration (small percentage of time)

 Kitchen

• Ensure kitchen is stocked with amenities and cleaning equipment
• Update online Microsoft “To-Do” list
• Ensure office is kept clean and tidy
• Manage cleaner

Office

• Ensure all stationery is ordered
• Keep filing up to date
• Take responsibility for the office environment including liaison with service providers eg Gardener, alarm company, IT consultants

General:

• Fulfil the role of receptionist
• Arrange petty cash payments
• Organise and arrange client Christmas gifts

Requirements

• Marketing degree/diploma (ideally with research as a subject)
• Computer literate (Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word) All candidates will need to pass a proficiency test
• Data literate
• Understand media
• Covid-19 vaccination certificate
