The Propak Cape expo
The Propak Cape expo was held on 24 - 26 October 2017 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). The event amassed just under 6, 000 eager guests wanting to acquire knowledge about the latest technologies and innovations in packaging and related industries.
The visitors were granted the opportunity to interact with technical experts and to engage with 188 local manufacturers/suppliers and 50 international exhibitors.
The theme of the expo was sustainability, which was highlighted by incorporating a sustainability pavilion at the event; the pavillion raised R45,000 through corporates and individuals pledging funds towards a hospital in Cape Town.
Guests were entertained by many interactive displays, live demonstrations and technical presentations.
