Job description
Are you a creatively strategic thinker with a passion for employee engagement and change management? We are seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate and drive transformation for our clients.
Key responsibilities:- Develop innovative campaigns that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organisational culture.
- From concept through to implementation and full rollout, craft and execute smart communication strategies that sync seamlessly with programme timelines and change objectives, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement initiatives, tailoring messages for executives, employees, teams, and everyday users to build buy-in and maintain momentum throughout the change process.
- Collaborate with teams to create concepts that resonate with clients’ objectives and audiences, ensuring effective solutions that facilitate transformational change.
- Present compelling ideas and concepts directly to clients, ensuring alignment with their business strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing employee engagement campaigns and managing transformation projects.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and convey strategic concepts clearly.
- A creative and strategic mindset, capable of thinking outside the box to deliver unique solutions.
- Background in Agency, PR, or Corporate Communications is essential.
- +8 years experience
