Art Director/Studio Manager

Are you a seasoned creative with a "craft-first" mindset and the leadership chops to back it up? Sherbet Agency is looking for an Art Director who doesn't just design but defines. We need a visionary who can take a project from the first spark of a concept to a high-fidelity TTL execution without breaking a sweat.

At Sherbet, "Owning Outcomes" is our primary ingredient. You’ll be leading the development of distinctive, on-brand visual concepts across film, digital, and social platforms while mentoring the next generation of creative talent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Concept: Drive the development of innovative, culturally relevant campaigns from high-level conceptualisation to final execution.
Present with Authority: Articulate and sell creative work confidently to both internal teams and high-stakes clients.
Guardian of Craft: Safeguard brand consistency and positioning through exceptional design aesthetics and a razor-sharp eye for detail.
Mentor & Grow: Guide and mentor a creative team of 10+members, fostering a culture of high standards and growth.
Collaborate: Partner with strategists and copywriters to ensure creative output hits KPIs and business objectives.
Innovation: Apply emerging technology and trends to elevate creative solutions and solve real-world business challenges.

What You Bring to the Table

Agency Pedigree: At least 5–8 years of experience within a reputable advertising agency.
Portfolio Excellence: A vast, "real-world" portfolio showcasing large-scale campaigns in the TTL and Digital space.
Digital Mastery: Deep expertise in user-centred design, brand systems, and digital design principles.
Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and a strong understanding of motion, interactive, and UX/UI touchpoints.
Communication: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading creative projects and identifying new visual opportunities under Creative Director leadership.
