Our client, an internationally expanding consumer healthcare and dermatological products company, is seeking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager — Digital & E-Commerce Growth. The organisation operates across multiple global markets including Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and North America, distributing products through pharmacy retail networks, global e-commerce platforms, and international distributors.
This opportunity is suited to a commercially driven marketing professional capable of delivering measurable revenue impact through coordinated execution across digital, e-commerce, print, and sales support channels.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead marketing execution and online channel optimisation across multiple regions while supporting broader multi-channel initiatives including print media and sales enablement.
Primary performance measurement will be linked to contribution toward topline sales growth. The organisation competes alongside multinational brands and operates without reliance on large promotional budgets; success in this role will depend on resourcefulness, prioritisation, and optimisation-driven execution.
The role requires close collaboration with the National Sales Manager in South Africa as well as regional distributors and agents globally. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external resources — including design and digital/IT support — to ensure quality and timely delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital and Performance Marketing- Plan, execute, and optimise performance-focused campaigns
- Manage paid media activity and track ROI
- Drive acquisition and retention initiatives
- Align execution with revenue objectives
E-Commerce Channel Ownership- Manage and optimise marketplace and online sales performance
- Oversee listing quality, accuracy, and conversion optimisation
- Identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with operational stakeholders
Multi-Channel Marketing Execution- Support execution of print and other media initiatives
- Coordinate development of marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency of messaging across channels
- Maintain brand alignment
Sales Enablement and Market Support- Work closely with the National Sales Manager
- Support field sales initiatives
- Provide marketing support to global distributors and agents
- Deliver materials and initiatives that drive sell-through
Resource Coordination- Direct workflow with designers and digital/IT support
- Translate commercial objectives into clear briefs
- Monitor output quality and timelines
- Coordinate agency or partner engagement where required
Regulatory and Localisation Considerations- Support adherence to region-specific marketing requirements
- Apply attention to claims accuracy
- Ensure localisation of language and tone
- Maintain consistency across markets
Performance Monitoring- Track campaign and channel metrics
- Provide actionable insights
- Manage budget utilisation
- Demonstrate measurable contribution to revenue growth
Influencer and Professional Engagement- Identify and engage influencers and professional stakeholders
- Coordinate collaboration initiatives
- Monitor effectiveness and alignment with brand standards
Education
A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.However, demonstrated practical experience and a track record of delivering measurable commercial results will be considered equally important.

Remuneration
