This is a senior, strategic fundraising role responsible for driving the performance and growth of Feenix’s Individual Giving programme, while providing support to Business Partnerships.

You will own the Individual Giving strategy end-to-end, setting direction, leading campaigns, stewarding donors, and using insight to drive income growth. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping, supporting, and coordinating Business Partnerships that align with Feenix’s mission.

This role is for someone who understands that fundraising is both relational and commercial and knows how to hold both without losing the soul of the work.
What you’ll be responsible for

Strategic accountabilities

Individual Giving Strategy & Growth (Primary Accountability)
  • Lead the development and execution of Feenix’s Individual Giving strategy, aligned to organisational income and sustainability goals
  • Own Individual Giving income targets, forecasting, and performance management
  • Design and lead donor acquisition, retention, upgrade, and reactivation strategies
  • Plan and oversee integrated fundraising campaigns across digital, email, SMS, and other channels
  • Use data, insight, and testing to continuously optimise performance and donor lifetime value
Donor Experience & Stewardship
  • Own the end-to-end donor journey, ensuring a consistent, high-quality donor experience
  • Set and maintain standards for donor communications, stewardship, and engagement
  • Oversee donor segmentation and portfolio management
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications to ensure messaging is donor-centred, compelling, and on-brand.

Business Partnerships
  • Support Feenix’s Business Partnerships strategy, aligned to funding priorities
  • Support prospect research and pipeline development for corporate and institutional partners
  • Support proposal development, partnership materials, and pitch preparation
  • Support relationship management, reporting, and partner stewardship
  • Track partnership deliverables and ensure compliance with funding agreement.
Performance, Insight & Leadership
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on fundraising performance across Individual Giving and Business Partnerships
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Identify risks and growth opportunities early and act decisively
  • Act as a senior Individual Giving voice internally, influencing cross-functional priorities
  • Support and guide junior staff, consultants, or service providers involved in fundraising delivery
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years’ experience in fundraising, with strong expertise in Individual Giving
  • Demonstrated experience delivering income growth through strategic Individual Giving programmes
  • Experience supporting or managing Business Partnerships or corporate fundraising
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with confidence in performance reporting and forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a donor-centred mindset
  • High ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to operate independently

(Formal fundraising qualifications are a plus, not a prerequisite.  Strategic maturity is. Curiosity and work ethic count.)
