Senior Full Stack Engineer

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in GoLang, building production services and understanding concurrency patterns
- Solid experience with Angular and Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy, or Django)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and service communication patterns
- Proficiency in Git, feature branching, pull requests, and code reviews
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with Kafka, CDC, or event streaming platforms
- Familiarity with ClickHouse or other columnar/OLAP databases
- Experience migrating monoliths to microservices
- Background in high-throughput, data-intensive systems
- Experience in regulated industries with strict ACID/data accuracy requirements
Beyond Technical Skills:
- Takes ownership from concept to production
- Thinks strategically and contributes to product and codebase improvements
- Values quality and long-term maintainability
- Mentors and develops other engineers naturally
- Adapts to complex, ambiguous challenges
- Communicates technical trade-offs clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders
