Great with people? Passionate about projects?
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Account Manager to look after our clients and help bring their projects to life. You will bridge the gap between the client and our production team.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Take project briefs and communicate them clearly to the team.
Manage timelines and client expectations.
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts.
You are:
A great communicator (verbal and written).
Organized and able to juggle multiple projects.
Customer-service focused.
Requirements
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills - Outlook / Word / Excel / Powerpoint / ShareDrive etc.
Well spoken.
Fashion retail experience is a big plus.
