Job description
Role purposeThe Brands Account Executive supports the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns, timely delivery of work, and excellent client service. The role acts as a link between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.
Key responsibilitiesClient relationship management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients on daily tasks and briefs.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between client and agency teams.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-through on action items.
Project and campaign management
- Assist in developing creative briefs and project timelines.
- Coordinate workflow between strategy, creative, digital, production, and media teams.
- Track progress of campaigns and projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets brand standards.
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance insights.
Administrative and operational support
- Prepare status reports, contact reports, and meeting agendas.
- Manage project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing support.
- Organise internal reviews, presentations, and approvals.
- Maintain organised documentation on all client projects.
Brand stewardship
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in conducting competitor and industry research.
- Monitor brand activities across platforms and flag opportunities or risks.
Collaboration and problem-solving
- Work closely with team members to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Identify issues early and escalate where appropriate.
- Offer proactive solutions to improve client experience and workflow efficiency.

Minimum requirements- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in similar role.
- Must have experience in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Experience working with multiple brands or client accounts (advantageous).
- Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and creative processes.
- Must understand and interpret business objectives, with strong business acumen to guide strategic recommendations and day-to-day decision-making.
