Fundraising Manager

Ladles of Love is a leading South African NPO restoring dignity and hope through nutrition. Through programmes such as Nourish Our Children, we provide daily nutritious meals to thousands of preschool children while supporting ECD centres with nutrition training and long-term corporate partnerships.

We are seeking a relationship-driven Fundraising Manager to grow and manage corporate and individual partnerships in Gauteng. This mid-weight role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in corporate sales, partnerships or fundraising, ready to take ownership of a donor portfolio and contribute to sustainable income growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, secure and manage corporate and high-value donor partnerships
• Pitch programmes and partnership opportunities aligned to donor objectives
• Build and manage a fundraising pipeline to meet revenue targets
• Steward existing donors to ensure strong retention and renewals
• Support national campaigns (e.g. Preschool Pairings)
• Coordinate donor visits, impact experiences and reporting
• Track performance and income via CRM and report to management

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate sales, partnerships or fundraising
• Proven success in closing deals or securing funding
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Confident engaging presenting proposals to corporate donors
• Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven
• Passion for social impact

Desirable

• Experience with CSI / ESG partnerships
• Existing corporate network in Gauteng
• CRM experience
