Job description

We’re searching for an energetic Corporate Employee Benefits Specialist with solid sales background in long- or short-term insurance.

As an experienced salesperson, you’ll be engaging face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers at mid-sized to large organizations. You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to provide innovative employee insurance solutions. Being proficient in English and Afrikaans is a must.

Your primary focus will be to drive sales of our Simply Staff Cover product. Your duties will include:
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via your own networks and online platforms
  • Marketing Simply products to both your own leads and those generated by our marketing team
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations that engage business owners and decision-makers
  • Building lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals 
  • Focus on closing high-value deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction to improve the customer value proposition 
  • Stay adaptable as responsibilities evolve with the company’s growth
Experience and qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree
  • ​RE5
  • Minimum 2-year insurance sales experience
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Face-to-face and B2B selling experience is advantageous
  • Good fluency in English and Afrikaans


Sales and tech skills
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging, visually appealing sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn for networking and sales
  • Skilled in sourcing leads independently and leveraging various channels to build a robust pipeline
