Commission: Additional 7% on all Exhibition Sales

Jumbo Mall is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and organised Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, understands community-centric marketing, and is passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the monthly and annual marketing plan for Jumbo Mall.

  • Drive footfall and increase tenant engagement through impactful campaigns and events.

  • Manage all social media content creation, posting, and community engagement.

  • Oversee branding, design briefing, and campaign rollouts with suppliers.

  • Manage marketing budgets, variances, reporting, and CP submissions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and local partners.

  • Lead exhibition sales with a strong focus on generating income for the mall.

  • Coordinate with regional and portfolio managers on approvals and campaign execution.

  • Deliver clear, professional monthly marketing reports and post-campaign analyses.

  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand standards and mall positioning.

Requirements

�� Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in retail marketing or shopping-centre marketing (preferred).

  • Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.

  • Confident in sales, relationship-building, and exhibition management.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

  • Proficient in social media management and basic design briefing.

  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with broader portfolio teams.
