Job description

Our client, a UK-based marketing agency, is seeking a confident professional to convert warm, pre-qualified leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll conduct structured, consultative sales calls aimed at understanding needs, building trust, and closing high-quality marketing clients.

Please note This role requires working full-time according to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct qualified sales appointments (booked via Calendly).
  • Understand prospect needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Manage follow-ups and track lead progression through Pipedrive.
  • Collaborate with the business developer and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
  • Report performance metrics and contribute feedback from client interactions.


Requirements

  • Proven experience closing sales over Zoom/video, ideally for service-based offers in the $1K–$10K range.
  • Strong spoken English and confident communication skills when dealing with senior business leaders.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week aligned with the US Eastern time zones.
  • Comfortable managing pipelines, follow-ups, and notes in a CRM (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to run structured, consultative sales calls.
  • Reliable remote setup, including stable internet and familiarity with tools like Zoom, Calendly, and Notion.
  • Experience selling marketing or agency services, or working with US clients (bonus).
