Who Are We Looking For:


A dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and manage our digital marketing campaigns, social media strategy and performance reporting across multiple platforms.

This role requires a strong grasp of paid media, content planning, CRM and team collaboration to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

What Will You Do:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Advertising and Campaign Management

        • Develop monthly Google and Facebook Ads briefs and coordinate with the designer for creative development

        • Collaborate with external Google Ads agency to launch campaigns and monitor Portugal performance

        • Publish and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager)

        • Continuously monitor ad performance, optimise campaigns and report on results

    • Content Planning and Social Media

        • Create a monthly social media content brief aligned with marketing goals

        • Coordinate with the designer to ensure timely delivery of visuals and content for publishing

        • Use a social media content planner tool (Airtable) to manage the content calendar and streamline content approval and posting processes
    • Marketing Reporting

        • Lead bi-weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting meetings with internal stakeholders

        • Analyse and report on key marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness
    • Digital Presence and Local SEO

        • Manage and update Google Business Profiles for all locations

        • Liaise with the external website management and SEO agency to ensure website content is optimised and rankings are maintained
    • CRM and Email Marketing

        • Work within HubSpot to build, manage and enhance the marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows

        • Collaborate on list segmentation, email campaigns and lead generation strategies

        • Build on the reporting function in HubSpot
    • Team and Project Coordination

        • Manage and support the in-house designer, including setting clear briefs and reviewing outputs

        • Track and report on the designer’s monthly KPIs and deliverables

What Will You Need:

    • Completed: Business or Marketing related degree

    • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role

    • Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Airtable, HubSpot and Google Analytics

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Highly organised, deadline-driven and process-oriented

    • Experience working with or managing external agencies or freelancers

    • Familiarity with performance reporting and data analysis

    • Fluent in Portuguese

    • In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese culture
