Who are we looking for
A confident and creative Senior Marketing Manager who knows how to make content go viral. You have a sharp understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram Reels, backed by real-world experience managing content and growing audiences. You bring both creative flair and data-driven thinking, with the ability to take full ownership of the process—from concept to performance analysis. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love working independently, and have a proven track record of delivering strong results.

What will you do

  • Research trends, content styles, and viral hooks across TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Write engaging, platform-native scripts with strong hooks and pacing
  • Brief and direct creators with confidence, providing clear shot lists and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal video editors to bring content ideas to life
  • Track content performance across key metrics (views, engagement, retention)
  • Analyse trends and patterns to optimise future content and campaign direction
  • A/B test different variables – hooks, visuals, thumbnails, outfits, text overlays
  • Deliver consistently high-performing content with strong audience engagement

What do you need

  • To succeed in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical, creative, and strategic skills, including:

Platform expertise

  • Proven experience growing audiences through TikTok and/or Instagram Reels
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, engagement triggers, and trends

Content strategy and creative direction

  • Ability to create compelling short-form content strategies
  • Skilled in writing scripts, storyboarding ideas, and briefing creators effectively
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts, with an understanding of pacing, hooks, and platform-specific nuances

Performance and analytical thinking

  • Ability to review content performance, extract insights, and adapt strategy
  • Experience using platform analytics tools and spreadsheets for reporting
  • Performance-focused mindset – you care about results and optimisation, not vanity metrics

Project management and ownership

  • Strong organisational skills – able to juggle multiple content calendars and creator relationships
  • High accountability – you own your role, outcomes, and communication
  • Comfortable working in a remote, high-trust environment with little supervision

  • Native fluency in TikTok and Reels culture – you understand structure, humour, and content psychology
