Managing achievement of sales target- Source and develop new business to meet targets.
- Maintain existing clients
- Growing of existing clients
Managing the renewals/new business- Follow up on a daily basis what the prospective new clients would be.
Managing key accounts- Monitor client year on year spend to evaluate client activities with Direct Response Media on a monthly basis.
- Carry out client marketing analysis and provide feedback to the client in order to maintain dialogue and relations with the client on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct formal account reviews to agree set rates for different formats.
- Negotiate new/increases on rates for Key accounts at renewal period
Managing representatives performance - Ensuring adherence to procedures, policies and systems
Administration- Report to sales manager on weekly/monthly performance.
- Bi-weekly sales forecasting / Reports
