We’re looking for a versatile Designer and Production Co-ordinator to join our tight-knit team. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects, including social media content, print collateral, and video. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, learning by doing, and contributing across every stage of the content process – from ideation to execution. You’ll work closely with our art director, editors and head of content, and have the opportunity to attend cover and video shoots.

This role is perfect for a junior or mid-level designer with production experience who wants to gain exposure to all aspects of publishing – digital and print – and be actively mentored by an experienced creative team.

- Willing and able to travel to the office and shoot locations as required.
Your responsibilities
General design and production- Report to the Art Director
- Design layouts and get sign-off from the Art Director
- Coordinate and attend shoots
- Create and implement marketing material
- Prepare and print the production board; update it throughout the process
- Action client feedback and changes
- Handle ad-hoc projects as needed
- Upload digital articles to CMS (Hybris, WordPress, etc.)
- Assist with miscellaneous production tasks, including project management and prize fulfilment.
Private edition (a TPP title)- Upload fresh content to the website 2–3 times a week from the magazine and press releases
- Create monthly newsletters and social media posts
- Attend client and industry events
- Upload content to Issuu and iPaper (digital publishing platforms)
Marketing and social- Create social media content and newsletters
- Manage social post uploads and marketing emails
- Keep the company website updated
