Premium Car Wash is a corporate car wash company, based in Midrand, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service, operational excellence, and a safe working environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and driven Supervisor to join our team.

Position summary:

As Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold quality standards, handle client interactions, and manage administrative tasks. A valid driver’s license and driving experience are essential, as a significant part of your role involves driving within the business site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations
• Ensure quality assurance and maintain service standards
• Drive vehicles safely within the business premises
• Manage work schedules and team tasks effectively
• Handle client communication with professionalism and confidence
• Oversee basic administrative duties and reporting
• Ensure quality of all washed cars including washing
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Requirements
