We’re looking for a Pricing Engineer to bridge engineering principles with advanced data analytics to optimize revenue-generating opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyse large datasets, identify market trends, and develop pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
What you’ll be doing:- Develop and manage a customer-centric pricing strategy aligned to business and product goals.
- Drive growth by providing value-led pricing recommendations and engaging in strategic negotiations.
- Lead pricing initiatives for new, existing, and bundled products, ensuring they align with target market needs.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement pricing structures.
- Integrate pricing with broader product and customer strategies, including journey mapping and segmentation.
- Manage pricing implementation across systems and ensure smooth execution of changes.
- Analyse customer behaviour, profitability metrics, and key value drivers to optimize pricing.
- Conduct customer and market research, as well as experiments to test pricing effectiveness.
What we’re looking for:- Four years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related fields.
- Strong data analytics and financial modelling skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven tools.
- Proven track record of identifying strategic pricing or commercial initiatives that drive revenue and profitability.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial documentation for strategic decision-making.
- A problem-solver with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for optimizing business performance.
Skills:- Track record of identifying strategic pricing or commercial initiatives that drive revenue and profitability.
- The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial documentation.
