Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant

Overview:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly creative and talented graphic designer to join our marketing department. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our marketing needs are met, both internally and externally. Key responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with the marketing manager to develop and execute design concepts
• Assisting social media coordinator with designs where needed
• Assisting marketing manager with daily tasks and long-term projects
• Creating new content for various platforms, including social media posts, literature, and announcements
• Designing event presentations, signage, desktop publishing materials, and promotional items
• Managing and updating all mobile apps and online website content
• Ensuring all design projects align with the brand’s guidelines and marketing strategies
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Providing creative input and suggestions to enhance marketing campaigns
• Physical capability for handling event preparation and packing tasks
• Assisting with internal office needs, birthday cards, and long-term service certificates.

Requirements:

• A good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw)
• Video editing skills
• Photography skills
• WhatsApp proficiency for communicating with FBOs and management (on mobile and computer)
• Expert knowledge of Zoom
• Experience in CSM systems is an advantage
