Blueberry Creatives, a Cape Town-based boutique design agency, is looking for a team player to help us source new business.
Position:6 month contract (Hybrid)
Remuneration:R20,000 - R25,000 pm + commission
What you'll be doing
- Identify new business through meetings, calls, emails, online channels and networking.
- Assess inbound and outbound leads to see if they’re the right fit for our design services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently generating and converting leads.
- Keep track of leads and meetings, guiding opportunities from first contact to conversion.
- Stay informed on market shifts and client needs to refine your outreach and boost engagement.
- Monitor sales interactions, report on key metrics and share insights with the team to refine strategies.
- Keep up personalised, consistent communication to nurture long-term client relationships.
What we’re looking for
- Three-plus years of sales experience, preferably with knowledge in print and digital design.
- A portfolio that highlights your success in prospecting and generating new business.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic and optimistic, with strong planning, reporting and administrative skills.
- Tech-savvy and fully equipped for remote work (own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi).
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and attending networking events.
- Own transport.
