The digital coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and online branding initiatives. This role ensures the smooth operation of digital campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and analytics reporting to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.
  • Curious to understand how to take data and apply it to plans
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance to optimize engagement and reach.
Social media management:
  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Track social media trends and propose new ideas to enhance audience engagement.
Email and digital campaigns:
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor email performance and suggest improvements based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics and reporting:
  • Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital initiatives.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for data-driven marketing improvements.
Collaboration and coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to align digital strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of video editing and multimedia content creation is a bonus.
