This full-time, in-office position involves various aspects in the digital space, including: 

Campaign management: Conducting A/B testing on ad copy and visuals; optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; budgeting for campaigns and tracking performance; monitoring benchmarks and optimising ad spend for better ROI.

Content strategy and creation: Developing and executing a content marketing strategy, including newsletters, blog posts, organic social media posts on various platforms, responding to comments, researching trends.

Paid social media strategies: Executing one paid social media post per month across platforms (Facebook, Instagram), audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis.

Website management: Managing all aspects of the company’s website, creating new pages, product listings, pricing information, and overall functionality; performing coding for specific website updates and enhancements, managing the agent portal, created videos as needed.

Design and copywriting with SEO: Creating visual assets for ads, social media posts, and website materials (images, banners, designing logos and other graphics; writing copy for all marketing materials.

Brand management: Ensuring brand consistency across all communication touchpoints (website, social media, advertisements, etc.).

Analytics and reporting: Utilising tools like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and WebCEO to track website performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates; preparing monthly performance reports; analyzing marketing data and providing actionable insights to refine future strategies.

Marketing strategy and planning: Developing monthly marketing strategies, working closely with the leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Photography and content creation: Acting as the primary content creator for visual materials, including photography, social media campaigns, and blog posts, ensuring high-quality content.

Skills:
  • Tertiary-level education in marketing or related fields
  • Knowledge of website management, SEO, Analytics, and brand management
  • A personal passion for African travel
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in online marketing and related fields
