Operations & Inventory Coordinator
Who we’re looking for:
1. Inventory and administration Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and oversee inventory control. Process orders, receipts, and stock movement to ensure efficient supply chain management. Keep the warehouse/storage area organized and well-maintained. Generate and update reports on stock levels, usage, and reordering needs. Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed and filed properly. 2. On-site installations and maintenance Assist in the installation and setup of digital screens at various sites. Perform basic repairs and maintenance on installed equipment. Ensure installation tools and materials are prepared before site visits. 3. Site meetings and execution Attend site meetings to assess project requirements and gather necessary details. Identify and document actionable tasks following site visits. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless execution. Ensure all work is completed to the required standard and within set deadlines. 4. General hands-on support Be a go-to handyman for minor repairs, adjustments, and on-site problem-solving.
