A dealership in the East Rand of Gauteng is looking for a new vehicle sales manager to join its team.

The suitable candidate must have Volkswagen experience. No other experience will be considered.

Requirements:

• Management experience in a new vehicle department.
• Volkswagen experience.
• Must reside in the East Rand.

• Strategic management: Oversee all aspects of the new vehicle sales department to ensure customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty, and achievement of sales and profit goals.
• Marketing strategies: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost passenger vehicle sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Profitability: Manage the department efficiently, ensuring high productivity in the passenger vehicle sales division.
• Customer satisfaction: Establish and maintain excellent customer service levels to ensure a high customer satisfaction index (CSI) and foster customer enthusiasm.
• Team leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve their highest potential.
