Miliswa Sitshwele has been appointed as head of social media at Flow Communications, an independent communications and marketing agency. Sitshwele joined Flow Communications this month after serving as Momentum's social media marketing manager for six years. She holds a national diploma in journalism from the Durban University of Technology.
