Global technology company, Zoho has announced its new Business Intelligence (BI) platform, an AI-driven data analytics solution that enables businesses to gain accurate and actionable insights through self-service data preparation and augmented analytics. Zoho also launched Zoho DataPrep, an advanced self-service data preparation and pipeline service.
The new Zoho BI platform is designed for scalability and is extensible to more than 250 data sources, including Zendesk, HubSpot, Microsoft, Mailchimp, Stripe and Google, enabling organisations to integrate and analyse data from multiple third-party systems.
