Job description
Role overview:As a Mid/Senior Digital Content Filmmaker, you will take the lead in the conceptualization, production, and editing of high-end digital content. You will work closely with clients and creative teams to deliver polished and visually compelling work, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and social media trends.
Key responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop and interpret production briefs.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video and photo shoots using mirrorless or cinema cameras and professional lighting.
- Lead the editing process, delivering high-quality content optimized for various digital platforms.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, incorporating innovative ideas into content strategies.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and adhering to deadlines.
- Provide creative direction and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop impactful content.
- Ensure all deliverables align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Troubleshoot production and post-production challenges effectively.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in digital content creation.
Required experience and skills:- 3 to 5+ years of experience in content production, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.
- Advanced proficiency with mirrorless/cinema cameras, professional lighting equipment, and audio capture.
- Expertise in video editing software, including Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects (advantageous).
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop for content refinement.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and the digital content landscape.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong storytelling ability, creative vision, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Education and qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in film production, media studies, communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or professional training in filmmaking or editing are advantageous.
