Intermediate .NET Software Developer

A global technology-driven organisation is looking for a .NET Developer to join their R&D team, contributing to the enhancement, modernisation, and ongoing support of enterprise software solutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across legacy and modern environments, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality, scalable systems.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, R&D, you’ll play a key role in building, improving, and maintaining software solutions, working across both .NET Framework and .NET Core environments.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of your work and contributing to a strong engineering culture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET (Framework and/or Core)
• Experience with multithreading and parallel programming in Windows environments
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
• Experience working with SQL Server and relational databases
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and navigate existing codebases
• Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical)
• Strong commitment to clean code and quality engineering practices

Nice to have:

• Experience with XML/XSLT
• Familiarity with Git / Bitbucket workflows
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude)
• Experience working with or modernising legacy systems
• Experience in mixed-technology environments
