We are a forward-thinking design agency dedicated to crafting innovative solutions for our clients. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of design.

Our client base and scope of work is wide and varied – from medical, accounting and education, to cosmetic, mining and engineering, and takeaway food brands. No two briefs are the same, and that’s how we like it. We work across the board, creating branding, social media content and digital campaigns, websites, electronic and print collateral, 2D animated videos, event and display graphics, and adverts. 

We’re looking for a Creative Lead who’s equally comfortable thinking big and getting into the details.

What You’ll Do

As the Creative Lead, you will be at the forefront of our creative projects, guiding our team to deliver exceptional designs that meet client objectives while staying true to our brand's ethos. You will provide strategic direction, mentor talent, and drive creative excellence.

• Lead and inspire a team of designers to create innovative designs and solutions.
• Turn client briefs into clear concepts, campaigns and visual systems across different mediums (social, web, print, video, in-store/event).
• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, creating project plans and breaking briefs into clear deliverables, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery. Ensure all work is on-brand, on-brief and consistent across touchpoints.
• Conduct regular reviews of team work, providing constructive feedback and helping the team grow their skills and ownership.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices in design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Lead or Senior Designer in a studio/agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design & leadership in branding, social, print, digital, and 2D animation-related work.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Great communicator – with the team, with clients, and in presentations.
• Happy in a small studio environment where you wear a few hats and stay close to the work.
