Monkeybiz is looking for a results-driven Social Media & Google Ads Manager to take ownership of its digital presence and performance. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, with the ability to grow online audiences, drive engagement, and convert digital activity into tangible business results.

The successful candidate will manage social media platforms, execute paid advertising campaigns, and play a key role in increasing brand visibility, website traffic, and sales.

Key roles and responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain Monkeybiz’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  2. Plan and schedule regular content to ensure consistent online presence
  3. Handle community management, including responding to comments and messages
  4. Grow social media followership and improve engagement across platforms
  5. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  6. Optimise campaigns to drive website traffic, conversions, and sales
  7. Generate and nurture business leads through digital channels
  8. Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven improvements
  9. Collaborate with the team to align digital strategies with overall business goals
  10. Take initiative in identifying new growth opportunities and campaign ideas.


The ideal applicant will have the following competencies:

Work experience and industry exposure
  • Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable results (engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Experience in social media management and community engagement
  • Ability to demonstrate previous successful campaigns (references or portfolio required) 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written communication skills for social media engagement
  • Ability to interact professionally with online audiences and stakeholders 
Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and manage content calendars
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Specific requirements
  • Ability to drive website sales and generate leads through digital marketing efforts
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
  • Initiative and a growth-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
