Management Accountant

General accounting function within a sales and distribution (technical) environment Role includes preparation of journal entries, maintenance of balance sheet schedules, account and bank recons, as well as assisting and supporting the FM with monthly closings and account analysis as well as general accounting support to the Finance Exec.

SOC management accounting experience essential for this role.

Required:

• Grade 12 plus B.Comm Accounting/Management Accounting Degree - essential
• Previous SOC experience 
• Ideally  CIMA qualification
• Minimum three to five years' relevant management accounting  experience
• Good working knowledge of accounting practices and principles
• Knowledge of finance principles
• Knowledge of IFRS - financial reporting
• Good working knowledge of GAAP
• Knowledge of PFMS regulations, tax legislation and Companies Act
• SAP, MS Office and Power Bi experience
• Advanced Excel essential
• Good figure work skills essential
• Own transport
• Valid license

Must currently reside in the Vaal Triangle or surrounding areas.
