Who Are We: We are a fast-paced, results-driven organisation in the advertising and outdoor production space, committed to delivering high-quality campaigns and operational excellence.Who Are We Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who can lead daily operations, manage multiple projects and drive efficiency across production, installation and administrative teams.
What Will You Do:
Oversee end-to-end operations, including production and installation processes
Manage operational budgets and supplier/vendor relationships
Lead, mentor and develop the administrative team
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
Monitor KPIs and implement improvements for operational performance
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
What Will You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in operations or business leadership
Strong project management, budgeting and organisational skills
Industry experience in outdoor advertising, production, or related sectors preferred
