The Grow Collective is a full-service digital marketing agency helping B2C and B2B brands scale through strategic, omnichannel digital marketing. Our offering spans performance media, social media, creative content, e-commerce, analytics and digital strategy - all focused on driving measurable growth.
We are expanding our Performance Media division and are looking for a specialist with experience across Google Search (SA230) & Microsoft Search Ads. This role is ideal for someone with strong execution capability who is eager to deepen their expertise in SA360 and Microsoft Ads.
You will work across global consumer brands in partnership with a leading UK agency, executing high-quality paid search campaigns.
Role OverviewThis is an end-to-end role that will include strategy and direct client contact as well as in-platform campaign management:
- Search (PPC)
- Managing the day-to-day execution, optimisation and reporting of Search campaigns across multiple brands and platforms.
Key responsibilitiesCampaign setup and execution● Build and launch Search campaigns from scratch across Google (SA360) and Microsoft.
● Implement correct structure, match types, budgets, targeting and pacing
● Ensure accurate tracking implementation (UTMs, conversion tracking, data governance)
● Collaborate with content and account teams on ad copy and creative requirements
Performance monitoring and optimisation● Daily monitoring of delivery, pacing and performance
● Optimise bids, budgets, audiences, keyword sets and search terms
● Run A/B tests and contribute to testing roadmaps
Reporting and insights● Produce weekly and monthly reports
● Deliver PCAs (post-campaign analysis)
● Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and external partners
● Use Looker Studio or similar tools to streamline monitoring and insights
What we’re looking forRequired● 2–4 years hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns (agency preferred) utilising SA360
● Practical experience building and managing Microsoft Search Ads
● Google Ads Search Certification
● Solid understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
● Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with strong attention to detail
● Confident in reporting and performance analysis
● Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have● Exposure to international brands or multi-market execution
● Looker Studio or similar tool experience
● Knowledge of GA4 or Google Tag Manager
● Experience using tools like Asana/Monday.com and Slack
