The mission of this role This role exists to design, operate, and scale Fusion CPA’s growth system. You will turn content, SEO, paid media, data, and AI into a predictable, measurable engine that increases: - Brand authority - Qualified pipeline - Revenue per client - Long-term enterprise value This is not a “doer” role. This is a systems, strategy, and leverage role. What you will own Growth strategy and revenue impact - Own Fusion CPA’s end-to-end growth strategy - Translate firm goals into measurable marketing outcomes tied to revenue - Define and track the right North Star metrics - Build clarity on what works and why Team leadership and leverage - Lead SEO, content, and paid media resources - Increase output and quality without unnecessary headcount - Coach teams to think in experiments, not tasks Data, analytics and experimentation - Design dashboards tied to pipeline and revenue - Run ongoing experimentation - Kill underperforming initiatives decisively Paid media and funnel optimisation - Own paid acquisition strategy and performance - Optimise funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths - Understand CAC, LTV, and ROI by channel AI-driven scale and innovation - Use AI to increase speed, insight, and leverage - Build internal AI playbooks Brand authority and positioning - Strengthen thought leadership and trust - Balance brand building with revenue impact What success looks like - Clear growth visibility - Stronger pipeline contribution - A high-performing, accountable marketing engine Who are you You are a growth operator, not a task manager.
