Requirements
Proven experience in Retail and Wholesale Store Management
Strong knowledge of the chemical/cleaning detergent industry
Excellent leadership and staff management skills
Strong stock control, inventory management, and merchandising abilities
Ability to manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and daily admin
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and meet targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High level of organisation and time management
Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced environments
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
