PPC Specialist

Fishgate is seeking a dedicated PPC Specialist to join our dynamic, small team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in managing multiple digital platforms, and capable of turning data into meaningful insights that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns to improve efficiency and reach KPIs.
• Interpret data effectively and apply insights to enhance platform performance.
• Prepare clear, relevant monthly reports (no data dumps) that highlight trends, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategy with broader digital goals.
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and uphold Fishgate’s quality standards.
• Join and contribute to a small, dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in paid media/PPC campaign management.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to translate analytics into meaningful actions.
• Demonstrated experience across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Presentable, articulate, and well-spoken in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Advantageous: Google Ads certification, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads experience.
