  1. Operational ManagementOversee daily bar operations: Ensure smooth running of opening, service, and closing procedures.
  Stock management:
  Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
  Order stock from suppliers in a timely manner to prevent shortages.
  Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
  Implement inventory control systems to minimize wastage and theft.
