Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, solutions-driven Production Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex production environments, understands multi-layered workflows, and can drive delivery within tight timelines.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the channel’s dubbing and localisation projects, with added involvement in broader Eclipse TV content when required. Key Duties and Responsibilities  Dubbing Workflow ManagementProduction Coordination & resources ManagementLead and manage end-to-end dubbing production timelines, deliverables, and workflowsOversee localisation schedules and ensure on-time delivery of dubbed content.Track progress throughout the dubbing lifecycle and resolve blockers proactively
 Financial, legal and Operational ComplianceCoordinate studios, voice talent, production teams, and external partnersManage resources, production calendars, and prioritisation across multiple projectsSupport additional Eclipse TV productions as needed outside of dubbing workflows
 Stakeholder & Team CollaborationMonitor expenses against approved dubbing budgetsEnsure compliance with licensing, copyright, and usage approvalsUphold industry standards, production protocols, and safety requirements
 Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:Partner with producers, coordinators, editors, and localisation vendorsCommunicate project statuses and expectations clearly and consistentlyMaintain strong relationships across internal and external teams
 Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media Technology or related field.5 years’ experience with television production/post-production pipelines.Proven experience in production coordination, preferably in a post-production or creative agency environment.Experience managing freelancers, coordinating timesheets, and supporting billing/invoicing.Understanding of both production and postproduction environments.Comfortable working with creative professionals and translating briefs into actionable schedules.Strong scheduling and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both client-facing and internal team-facing.Familiarity with media production workflows, software, and tools (e.g., Trello, Airtable, Monday.com, Frame.io, Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus).Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow optimization.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
